It may not be possible as cell phone companies don't maintain directory for public use. And they don't oblige by giving details of the person. So you call up the person and seek his details if he obliges you.

I'm not sure if this is applicable in your country, but first, check the cellphone number if it is a postpaid account or what they call a "line". If it is a line, you can ask the cellphone company about different informations regarding the cellphone number that you have... BUT... you have to be discreet... most of the times, because they protect the subcribers, they do not give out vital informations. It's best if you have friends or contacts inside that cellphone company that can help you...
... but then again... let me remind you that obtaining vital information about other people is somewhat illegal...
just be sure that whatever informations you get, you will NOT use it in a bad way...

do a search for 'free reverse phone look up' sometimes you can get their name and address with that. if that doesn't work then sometimes you can go directly to the provider, especially if they are yours and look it up in their directory....if not there are other ways although i'm not very familar with those but i know many on here are so be patient someone will contact you will more info.

cell phone numbers can't be traced by reverse look up. being nosy is just wrong
