This guy I have secretly liked, used to like me, only I couldn't date at the time (family rule) and now that I kept him waiting, i think he totally lost interest in me. Should I let him know that i like him?

That really depends. Are ya'll friends? How long have you known him? How well do you know him? I find it is best to go out with someone who was a friend first. If you hang out together, try to tell him with subtle hints. Or, you can ask him questions that will tell you if he still likes you but won't let him know what you are doing. One last choice, get a friend to ask him or one of his friends. Oh, and remember, if he's too shallow to like you, then he's not worth you liking him. But, if he doesn't like you for a deeper reason, don't give up hope unless you realize you really aren't meant to be together.

of course you don't know how he feels about you until you've asked him yourself why don't you go up to him and be like "I know that we've been interested in eachother for some time noe and i think we should go out" guys find it totally cool when a girl asks them out so go for it!!!

Yes, you should. He might still like you, There is always that chance. And if he doesnt then you need to move on cause hes probably not worth it.

Of couse you should tell him..... you'll never no what he thinks of you unless you tell him what you think of him..... And if he don't like you there are plenty of other guys that would go out wit you...
