These are my three with the most significant first -
Chicago Bears vs. Green Bay Packers - they have been playing each other for over 80 some years now.
Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington Redskins - battle of the good old NFC East
And lastly - The Oakland Raiders against the KC Chiefs.

#1 - Cowboys and Redskins. How can that not be the #1 rivalry? The fans hate each other, the players hate each other (LaVar Arrington wanted to stay in the NFC East so he can still take his shots at the Cowboys), and it's a part of American psyche...little boys playing Cowboys and Indians with their friends.
#2 - Raiders and Chiefs. Always pretty rough when they get together.
#3 - Cowboys and Eagles. The fans truly hate each other and there is literally bad blood between them. With Buddy Ryan taking a "hit" out on Cowboys players. With Eagles fans booing Michael Irvin as he lay motionless on the field. With the Eagles fans throwing snowballs with batteries inside them at the Cowboys bench. With Eagles fans throwing eggs at the Cowboys team buses. And now there's the Terrell Owens factor and that could make it the 2nd best when it's all said and done.

In no particular order:
New England v. Indianapolis
Carolina v. Atlanta
Jacksonville v. Indianapolis (the only team that's beaten the Colts consistently over the past 3 years)
As far as classic, all-time rivalries:
Green Bay v. Chicago
Pittsburgh v. Cleveland
Denver v. Oakland
Most overrated rivalry:
Washington v. Dallas
