It is normal to have stomach pain; they are called cramps.
You feel this pain because your uterus is contracting in order to slough off the lining that has built up as a result of ovulation (your body releasing an egg) without pregnancy.
Get your mother to give you ibuprofen for pain.
Periods can last anywhere from 3 - 6 days.
Usually, you will have a period every 28 days.

First period huh? Well I started mine at age 13. (I'm sure no one wants to know that) I was freaked out, and pissed off at my mother for not telling me this kind of stuff. Thank god I had my auntie. But anyway- it's normal to feel uncomfortable. and the stomach pain is called cramps. Yes, it sucks but, we girls are strong right? right. Periods should last up to one week. sometimes more. depending on your body. Periods should come once a month. If more. see a doctor. It's also common to have irregular periods.

I have mine every 21 days now.
You should have yours about every 28 to 30 days. Each person is different. Once you bleed it's basically over. You spot some after wards but I have one day where I get to going and then after that I'm done...
Your 1st period isn't much of anything. The 2nd one will be different and more like a normal period.

The gap between periods is anywhere from 26 to 32 days (and can be MUCH longer, even without pregnancy). Though many women have pain during their period NO PAIN IS ACCEPTABLE. You need to see a gynecologist about it and get proper treatment for the pain.

its quite natural and stomach pain is natural it is up til ur utres is stable enough. and nothing to wory about that it hapns to 90% of the girls between the age of 13 to 24 and after marriage you will be ok i think so., Dr. amit

my first day of my period i feel awful. my stomach hurts my legs are all numb feeling. like ihave no strenght whatsoever to do anything but the rest of my days are fine. its just that one day.
