FIFA refs were instructed to hand out yellows for basically any hard foul. This was supposed to encourage players to play clean. It backfired in the Portugal - Netherlands game.

Thought Portugal were very dirty but no way all those cards were required. It is Fifa guidelines that some refs follow to the letter, it has ruined the Champs league final this year hope it doesnt wreck the world cup! And yes the same ref as Usa v italy.

He definitely broke the record. The record number of cards (both red and yellow) ever given in one game was 16.
I think he should be fired.
He totally went crazy.
I think there should be a limit to how many red card a ref can give out in one game to each team.
That was ridiculous!!

Of course he will. But throughout the tournament, the referees have been over reacting in almosrt all matches. After all u get to see them only once in 4 years.

I slowed down as quickly as at a yellow gentle and have been given hit from in the back of because of the fact the guy assumed i might shop going. considering then I velocity up and beat the gentle exceptionally if a vehicle is in the back of me.
