I don't think is a normal part of PMS, some findings suggests that mood disorders may involve abnormalities in brain biochemistry. It has been found that levels of neurotransmitters, nor epinephrine and serotonin, are lower in the brains of depressed persons than in those of non-depressed persons

sounds like it's all the pms symptoms. If it last throughout the month, then it's depression

very much so..luckily I just got over my pms depression yesterday..I cried at the end of Canadian Idol when a girl I wanted to stay got booted..how silly is that? lol ..You're ok hun ((hugs))

I feel like that too, and I asked my mom about it and she said it was, so I guess it is.
I hate it tho becuase i always tend to take it out on my boyfriend.
Thank goodness, he hasnt broken up with me for it yet!

Don't you just love it??
I never cry...But I can always tell when I'm getting ready to start because I cry watching Harry Potter.......lol
I get so ill and mad I hate myself. It's normal.
