bring here to a fancy restaurant but before that, ask the personel of that restaurant to help you make that night such an unforgetable experience to both of you especially to the girl. when youre about to propose, the lights should be turn off, and only the candle on your table will remain lighting, then the staff will then roll down the big white banner with different lights with big letterings asking the girl. "HONEY, WILL YOU MARRY ME?" beleive me, it will work.

My bro-in-law proposed to my sis in a really romantic way. It was Christmas time, but you can vary the gift to your needs.
He bought a large stocking and filled it with small wrapped gifts. The last gift was the ring, which he placed at the bottom of the stocking. She went unwrapping the gifts one by one, each one filled with some tiny trinket. A tootsie roll, a charm, a fortune cookie, nail polish, lipstick, eyeshadow. Just silly gifts. By the time she got to the last, she expected another silly gift. Instead when she unwrapped the box, it was the ring.

Plan a pic-nic for the two of you, pack snacks..(pick a few of her favorites)
and bring whatever to drink ice or put the beverages in a cooler.
after you've finished eating take out a list of the ten things about her that you love the most, then tell her that you love her and that there are only eleven things in the entire world that you can't live without ten of them are on that list, and the other one is reading it.
then ask her to stand up, you get on one knee and take the ring out of your pocket and ask her not to make you live without those eleven things anymore....to be you wife so you won't ever have to be without them again.
it may not be as elaborate as some of the other ideas but it is sweet and it is something any woman would remember for the rest of her life.

inspired by an advertisement on tv: take her out for a drink(non alcoholic) and then without her knowledge drop a ring in it......so that by the time she finishes her drink she can see the ring there........ i think its very romantic......
