Had financial problems since January, 2006. Have gotten money situation fixed but got behind $7,000. Fixing to lose alot of things if I can't get this paid by July 1, 2006.

Try prosper.com. It's a new idea in lending where people ask for loans and offer purpose and loan rates and payback period. Lenders can check a credit score and offer to lend X dollars. Eventually, if you get enough different lenders, you can get the money you are looking for.
It might be tough to meet your July 1 deadline though.
