can't seem to find much of anything on her. There's a movie that she was in called cursed that came out on STARZ. and she is doing a little modeling. if you watch BET, she was in rip the runway earlier in 2006 i think Febuary. She was also at an opening of a clothing stores after party in Arizona, and has sung at a couple of places.
I just found some more info on her.
Liberation is the fourth album by American singer Mya, to be released in summer 2006 via Interscope Records. The records is said to feature productions by Dr Dre, Sean Garrett, Scott Storch, Lil Jon, Jonathan Rotem, Kwame and Tim & Bob. A track called "One Night" and "I am" has leaked from the album. It was produced by Tim & Bob (Jennifer Lopez, Bobby Valentino) and was written by Mya, Tim Kelley, Bob Robertson and Sean Garret. Is she the same one who sang "You Put a Move On My Heart"? On Quincy Jones' "Juke Joint" CD and she's married to a famous basketball player? What a voice!
I think she said she had/has a serious illness.
