He is amazing, if you watch his games for Barcelona you will see why they had no doubts to give him the ultimate prize.

Now on the brazilian national team you will notice he is not up forward, but trying to supply the strikers. That means he can't make a goal when he goes through a defender or two, he has to pass and the other guy has to finish it, he does what he is supposed to do in there. In Barcelona he can always go for the strike, that's why he draw alot more attention there.

I still think he is vital, even if not showing himself off, he surely draws alot of attention from the defenders, who HAVE to give space to the strikers and rush on him if he is going to try a goal, that's when he can supply them better.

Now I think the big problem with Brazil is the two "static" strikers, Ronaldo and Adriano don't run like they should to receive the ball, so in the end Ronaldinho has to drible 50% of the defenders to get them ball on them, obviously a task that will fail more often than not.
