Imagine a camera eye fitted on the roullete machine and controlled by a Operator who can program the spin wheel to stop at a certain number where the bet is minimum.It is possible anyway?

It is possible as you say, but one thing prevents that and that is the gaming commission. They constantly check the slot machines and the other gambling games to see that they are not cheating the customers and that customers are not cheating the casino.

If the gaming commission finds out that there is cheating, they can close down the casino altogether. One thing is that there are people monitoring video cameras at all the games, and they know what they are looking for and if they catch a dealer cheating, or a customer cheating, they are on them in a heartbeat just like a fly on flypaper. They know all the tricks. I watched a show on it on TV. They are very strict about cheating and they will not tolerate it at all in any way shape or form. The show was on the Travel channel.
