This wouldn't be a fight. It'd be a slaughter.

Thor is a powerful Asgardian god and all, but the Beyonder is a force of infinite power. All the Beyonder would have to do is snap his fingers and Thor is toast.

The Beyonder, all the way.

Thor vs. Beyonder - God vs. God. Who is the true omnipotent one? Puny asgard who can't take down Magneto, or mighty entity who can hold his own against the Living Tribunal?

Beyonder takes this without breaking a sweat, with all of his limbs tied behind his back.
