No, they cannot repeat. D-Wade would not quite be the same D-Wade without Shaq, and I just don't see Shaq having anything of significance in his tank left after this season. He barely got through this one, from the looks of things. He can still have some stats next season, and perhaps the next two. But he will only be dominant in spots from here on out.
However, they have a great chance of being back in the finals, but it all depends on how other Eastern teams do in the offseason. Detroit has a great shot if it keeps Ben; New Jersey has a decent shot if it can improve itself in the offseason; Cleveland has a chance if LeBron takes a step forward equal to the one he took this season.

D-Wade is an outstanding player just like Kobe. And just like Kobe never was the MVP when Shaq was there nor will Wade. Too much talent is around him and they will not repeat, Lebrons and the Cavs turn to win the championship. And Kobe's turn to win the MVP.

Maybe, but not definitely. It depends on who are the players coming back for them next year as well as who are those coming over.
D-Wade is good because he has ample support and because he has Shaq. Any team with Shaq in it is a legit contender.
Put D-Wade in Cleveland and Lebron in Miami and you'll get it.

i doubt that they can repeat...they have role players who helped d-wade win this season, but Payton, Zo and Walker and probably Shaq cant make another run like they did. Its a good thing they got it done this season.
they should rebuild for the 2007 season and not concentrate on repeating....since the pistons will definitely be back with a vengeance.

No and No. The Cleveland Cavaliers will get a good PG and they will win the Eastern Conference. And LeBron will win the MVP like he should have last year.

Very unlikely. Teams with younger players like the Cavs, and experienced player slike Detroit will do better than the Heat.
However, the Mavs will continue to be crybaby losers.

I love the Heat but doubt very seriously that they'll repeat because they could be losing key players like GP & Big ZO & we all know Shaq is gettin older....
But you never know who they could pick up in the offseason so its up in the air for now.

As much as I would want them to realistically no. All the veterans are at the end of their careers. Plus the eastern conference with the exceptions of Detroit & New Jersey is a toss up.
