This question has gone six days without an answer. There are quite a few businesses around the USA that restore, buy, sell, identify, and value vintage wood and coal stoves. A Yahoo search for "vintage stoves", "vintage wood stoves", or "antique stoves" will yield thousands of results. Include the quotation marks in your search. If you do the same search, and are willing to do a little exploring, you will quickly find the information you seek.

Good luck with your search.
