her husband leagally has rights to any assets aquired during the maggiage no matter who or where and whos name it is. also the wife has the same rights to any property assets ect that is aquired. divorce is messy for all involved. your best is to try and try again.trust me i wish i never was divorced and had tried to work it out with my ex but now i am remarried and its till death do i part. we both realize it is a working relationship and hard times are assured to follow but we will never goto bed unhappy

Usually when you marry, it becomes the property of both. ESPECIALLY if you live in a community property state.
In your case, I would definitely consult with an attorney

wellfirstofallyoucanusespaceswhenyouaskaquestion.and second, if it is something that is handed down from generation to generation, than NO. if it was a gift just for her, than NO.
if it was given as a gift to the both of them like as a wedding gift, than YES.

i think i seen your question and if the land was givin soley to u and no leans or morgage was placed on the land he is not intitled to it because it i s not community property. if u have placed a lean on it then it becomes community property and therefore he is intitled to half.
