You need a good virus cleaning. There are several excellent free virus scanning programs out there. Suggestions for download:

AVG Antivirus (Grisoft software)
Adaware SE (Lavasoft)
Microsoft Defender (microsoft.com)
Spybot Search and Destroy

You can get the above from download.com, and the microsoft one from microsoft.com. I recommend you download and use at least two, but they're free, so why not get them all?

Once you download them, update them to be sure you have the latest virus definitions, then run the scans. You will have to do so more than once in order to be sure you thoroughly clean your pc.
