Italy. 3-1 or 2-1.
I don't think the Socceroos can get through the Italian defense. If they do, it will have to be physical, and we've seen what the referees at this tournament think about that (I lost count of the ejections thus far).
I do believe the Italians can finesse/break down Australia's midfield and back line, especially if Luca Toni starts the match for Italy.

i would like to favor the Aussies, but Italy i think is top dog in this game, they are in great shape and even with losing De rossi (who despite that nasty elbow to McBride) is quite an amazing player!! they should do well to win against Australia tomorrow or it would be a huge upset

Well its going to be hard, but the Aussies have been underdogs since the qualifiers, and since then have gone past Japan and Croatia...anything could happen...for those who would care to remember Australia recently beat Brazil in the Confeds Cup matches...

Australia. Because they have Bresciano, Kewel, Viduka, Cahill and stuff. If they play good on midfield they can win. But Emerton missed this match ,This is unlucky for Australia
GOO AUSSIE!!!
