that really sucks!
you should let a close friend in on the pressure your facing right now, you need to treat yourself to a relaxing time, soak in the tub, get a friend to give a massage, a long walk to clear your mind...What a strong person you must be to keep a happy countenance, and not just let all your problems hang out for the world to see

Well, you're on your way to feeling better, having taken the first step-- that is acknowledging that you have a problem. Now, the second step is identifying the problem. What kind of problems do you have? Is it financial, physical, emotional, etc.? Now, think of a way to solve these problems. It may be better if you approach each problem one at a time. Also, it is best if you confide these problems to your friends, they may have just the right solution to these, or if not, they may be able to help in a little way. Always think positive (as you've said, you can still smile in front of your friends, so these problems may not be that too serious). And lastly, God wouldn't give you a problem he knows you cannot solve, so cheer up. As long as your alive, there's hope of getting those problems over (don't take my last sentence with a twisted thought please).

Do you have one friend, with whom you can confide, about what you are going through at home?

If not, here is a list of Crisis Hotline organizations. I was a volunteer, at the one in Houston. Crisis is a FREE organization - you will NOT be charged money - everyone is a volunteer.

The organization provides valuable service. I hope there is a Crisis Hotline in your city.

No one will judge you. All calls are confidential If you are "in trouble, i.e., abused, physically assulted, etc., tell the Hotline Counselor.

If you need to be reloacted to a residence for women, they will provide that intervention for you, as well as, have someone meet you and pick you up at a location of your choice.

I hope this helps.

Good luck.

by being true with your friends, if they are your friends, they will help you. By smiling all the time in front of them won't solve the problem. You keep showing a fake image of yourself... don't feel stupid to tell problems to your friends : they are here to listen to you, to share what's good and bad... keeping things inside is the worst thing to do...
I understand what you're going thru 'cause I feel the same thing... things at home you won't be really able to change since I guess it comes from your parents right? just try to be happy when you chill out and forget the maximum when you're at home....

You need to find someone you trust to talk to. A school councelor, a teacher, a friend or their parent and tell them what's going on at home. They may not be able to help with the things that are happening, but often, just having someone you can talk with can really help.

I hope things get better in your home.

Is there any way to correct the problems at home? Problems at home can cause stree everywhere else. You dont have to keep it in. the more it builds inside of you the more damage it can cause. you have to talk to someone. Plz let what is bothering you in the open. It cant get better if no one know what is happening with you.

Find a counselor, pastor or a chat room for counseling/depression/etc. Talking to someone who can be objective helps. Especially when it's not a friend....you won't feel judged or embarrassed.

And try yoga or long walks or something to take a break and focus your mind on other stuff.
