he said he would never fall in love with anyone else once i left him. I left him because i did'nt trust him because he stopped supporting me when my dad died and became so selfish and hurtful to the point where he would yell and verbally abuse me, threaten to leave said he was'nt in love with me but when i left he was so upset grovelling said he loved me so much would kill for me, but as soon as i gave in he was spending all his time with his friend brett. i have permanently left him but i just wanted to know if this guy sounds confused and was just stuffing me around or was he in love but just really hurt and angry.

true love is someone that would never hurt you emotionally or physically. true love is unconditional - meaning under no conditions. it is being kind and forgiving. true love is having a best friend that will be with you through thick and thin. when your dad died (my condolences to you and your family) he should have been there for you emotionally and mentally. a man who truly loves you does not verbally abuse you and that would kill for you. this man is obsessed with you. he doesn't want you to leave him because if you do - he gets crazy, right? get away from him. he is not to be trusted. he is not your friend.

He probably just didn't appreciate you when you guys were together and took you for granted. Then after you left, he realized that there isn't anyone that will replace or put up with him as you. So, not he feels sorry for being a stupid ass and is begging you back.

every guy is confused in their lives, once they get you they think you cannot leave them and when you do they try hard 2 get you back n it continues like that.
