Personally, batman because he is a self-made hero. He shows us that we can all be heros. I know that sounds cheesy, but inspiration is shrinking and shrinking in today's society.

Batman does what he does out of vengeance, Spiderman does what he does out of guilt, X-Men do what they do because they have to protect the poor little non mutants. True heroes do what they do because they can. The Fantastic Four fit that description to a tee. I used to enjoy Superman because he did what he did because he could, but the diner revenge scene in the 2nd movie completely turned me against him. Dr. Strange does what he does because he can. It speaks of gestures more noble than the others. Thor, the god of thunder also does what he does because he can, not for some personal little vendetta or guilt ridden attempt at redemption because he refused to use his abilities to help another human being and it cost him someone close to him like Spiderman. I think a hero, super or not, helps for the sake of helping, and to label anyone who does anything, hits a home run, or shoots a three pointer at the buzzer, or simply attends a military action a hero is a true disservice to those who truly are heroes, and sets amazingly bad precedent. Do not buy the shoes of a sports legend and tell me they are a hero. Walk in the shoes of self sacrifice and I'll call you one.

The Best Superhero would have to be Batman! He Always Foils The Joker or Riddler or King Tut! Batman Is Da Man! And The Penguin lol!

That's a pretty good point, Batman has no powers whatsoever, yet he is a hero to all.
But my personal favourite would have to be the Flash.

I love the Superman comics and legacy. However I absolutely love the Spiderman movies because you can really connect with Peter Parker because he's the everyday man, who got the whole 'hero' thing thrown at him and he chooses to take the responsibility (hehe) of 'saving the world' when he doesn't have to.
