Women's breasts do not "tighten up or loosen" because they are mostly fatty tissue. They do not have a vascular component that responds to arousal. The nipple constriction that results from cold or other stimulation is not particularly a sexual reaction. Women's breasts are more or less firm at different times of the month due to fluid rention. To answer your basic question, female arousal causes lubrication and dilation of the vaginal walls, which is naturally not very apparent. Sorry if you were hoping for something visible.

Every women is different but for a number of women their breast get hard and nipples get very sensitive.

as stated every womann is different. as far as their nipples it depends on how sensitive their breasts are, mine only get hard when im cold.
as for the rest of the body:
the clitoris will become enlarged, skin will become flushed and there vagina will becom lubricated in preperation for sex. also ther pupils will dilate
