Sometimes pregnancy has awkward effects on your bowels. With me I cramped sometimes because I was constipated and sometimes because of the opposite if you know what I mean. I think it's pretty normal, but just to be safe I would ask your doctor.

i'm not pregnant but you will get cramps a lot. So try not to move so much and try to relax.

you could have a track infection, so you need to go get checked they well just have you pee in a cup
