When i was havin sex with my girlfriend she pressed my balls so hard that i started bleeding. The bleeding went on and on for a long time and it stopped. What could be the reason? Do I have to go to the doc? I dont have probs in getting a hard on now but still there is a small amount of pain. I am very scared. Can this cause any harm to me? How should i get it rectified?

The best would be to see a doctor? Where did the bleeding come from? Was there blood in your sperm? That can happen sometimes if you hit your balls. Happend to me once.

No answer here can tell you what caused the bleeding. You need to be examined and a thorough history taken to determine why it happened and to make sure you are well.

Please do not wait, go see your doctor soon.
