In your Internet Explorer or any browser that you are using, go to tools and go down to internet options and then click on the advanced tab and go through the list and make sure that Java is enabled, and if you have anything for applets, turn it on if it is off. If they are already disabled, go to www.java.com and download the latest free Java that they have, and once it is installed, try it again, but I would go to control panel and add/remove programs afterwards and remove the old Java and just keep the new one because it takes up about 135 megabytes of space. It should work then once you do that and download the latest Java and make sure it is enabled in your Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, and the advanced tab, and scan and look to see if it is enabled. If it is not, then click on the box and click okay, and you should be in business. This happened to me before too.
