I just thought to add this, there is a misconception that Atlantis was a Continent,Atlantis in particular was a city, situated on a continent called Appalachia,it started from Iceland to Ireland to some portion of Atlantic ocean along side of canary Island,to eastern shore of central America,Atlantis civilization consist of 5 main cities,on Appalachia, the picture that shows in the web site you referred, actually is some part of Appalachia,it is very informative, thanks for sharing,i had done some serious reading about continents of Appalachia, durangia and hyperboria, your refered site really helped me to put a big missing piece of puzzle, together, thanks again,

maybe, i'vr learned a lot about things in the last year or so. A guy who is into a lot of the things i know said he believes that humans were advanced technologically a long time ago and then regressed. I doubt it though. If the spot off Cuba was a civilization 6,000 years ago it was definitely agrarian. mystic. I think Atlantis was a city in the Atlantic somewhere so Cuba would fit. But i think the legend arose via Europe so cuba is unlikely. If you're interested further in Atlantis, i saw a tv program about a place near the Canary Islands, off Afirca. I believe Atlantis existed. If so it was probabky circa Egyptian times.

When I was in public speaking class, I did a talk on Atlantis. From what I discovered, I believe (and by golly I could be wrong) that Atlantis may be within the Bermuda Triangle under the Sargasso sea. Christopher Columbus almost got his ships stuck in that stuff. With as advanced as the people of Atlantis supposedly were, why not their plant life going haywire with all that extra energy? Who knows?!

Edgar Casey said that Atlantis would start rising in the 1970's and they found that infamies rock formation. This finding might be the start of the uncovering of this ancient continent. Atlantis is real.

I did a report on Atlantis for a term paper. My belief was that if you belief in it, you belief in it because your beliefs make up who you are. I found out that there are differant conspircies on where Atlantis is located ( one of the suggestions was Cuba ). Everyone has their own belief on this one. While I was doing this paper, I could connect Atlantis to the NAZI party (strange isn't it? ) This is an intersting topic. I could go on forever with it.

i believe that the story of atlantis was simply Plato's way of giving a lesson in morality. that is the problem with being a famous and respected philosopher.... people take you way too seriously.

No...I lived there in another lifetime and we just moved it all to Utah....however our friends, the Lemurians, continue to live under Mount Shasta...look them up sometime....however they were nice enough to name the big ocean for us but then they misspelled it...spell check wasn't invented by us until after had we moved and our garbage collection had sunk...our landfill fell.
