They are done. Divide in August and put in good soil for next year.

Make sure that you dead-head the spent blooms. This means that once the flowers have faded, pluck them off the stem and toss them before they go to seed (which will look like they are puffing up.) These lilies bloom once per season and they are done for the year. After you dead-head them, leave them alone until the foliage dies back completely. What this is doing is taking in energy into the bulb to grow and multiply itself. Once the foliage is brown, cut it off that the ground. If you wish to move them or divide them, do it in the fall. Following these steps will insure a healthy plant for next year, hopfully one with more and more blooms. Enjoy!

PS - to cut back on the rather ugly look of spent asiatic lilies, plant them next to something that will take center stage after they have finished blooming for the year. Think day lilies (these will bloom all summer where you are.) Good luck!

if there leaves are still green leave them till they die naturally... then plant them in the ground don't divide them unless you want to wait 3 years for a full bloom...
