there is one in the work's but that's depending on if superman returns does well as DC entertainment has stated. And they said their starting the movie with Hal Jordan.
The only other project that is being done and talked about is wonder women and joss whedon is the director now . here's the link.

If it's ever made into a movie, it should feature Hal Jordan as Green Lantern.

There seems to be some plan to do the movie but I don't think it is set in stone yet...
