Women, definately. They take care of our sorry asses by cooking and cleaning, taking care of the kids, getting the groceries etc. That is why I make a point to tell mine daily that I think she is the best!

well, you are foolish for thinking that. A completely equivalent effort is put forth in the work-place by men and women. However, some women parent and work full time at another place, which is like two full time jobs It is only dramatized on television that the man is the lazy one. But yes, both women and men work hard, some harder than others.

Women coz when they get home from work, they have to cook dinner and take care of the kids...unless they have a one in a million man that will help them out. Also, if men want to botch about how much manual labor they do during the day, women can say how much mental stress they go thru during the day. Muscles relax after work...your brain doesn't.

Well for some men ( I won't dare say all men) after they pull their work shift the work is done. (my husband for example...lol) I on the other hand go from the time I wake up until the kids are in bed and sometimes even after they are asleep trying to keep things in order in my home. There are always dishes to wash, laundry to do, messes to clean up, 3 meals a day to cook, and 4 kids to take care of...and the list could go on and on...But men I know that you guys work hard so I am in no way shape or form saying that you guys don't work hard.

Most women. They not only work out of the home, but come home and have to work also. I know a lot of men help at home too and I do not mean those families.

i think a lot of men do a lot more physical work that is harder (lifting and ect.) but women work much harder in general. for example my mom works 8-10 hours at work then comes home and does dishes, laundry and cooks supper usually while she is trying to get her grandkids to mind. guys on the other hand will work their butts off at work and then eat dinner and fall asleep on the chair.

i agree (even though im a woman) because men already have the respect of the top of the social ladder while women have been treated inferior in the past and still a bit now. so i agree with you.

Generally, I would say is WOMEN because if she is a dutiful married woman then she has to work from dusk till dawn and dawn till dusk...Waking up very early to prepare breakfast for family, wake up rest of family, put the clothes to wash if there is a washing machine otherwise hand wash, put the clothes to dry, see children or sending children to school then seeing husband off to work, off to market then to pay bills on the way home. Back home prepare then cook lunch, time to pick up children from school, see thru their lunch and school work, then send them for extra classes or other co-carricular activities, clean up the house, pick up sundry goods, collect clothes and do ironing then back to individual wardrobe. Time to prepare dinner, clean up the kitchen after dinner cleaning up. Finally have a nice shower at about 10pm ready for bed BUT last responsibility as a WIFE has to be DONE!......perhaps I have missed out some task........
