Yes, it is fine. If your baby is sleepng through the night already, enjoy it. Your baby will let you know when they need to eat.

At 2 months my last baby slept thru the night. Its okay. She woke up the next morning ready to eat. If the dr tells you to wake the baby for a feeding then i would. But if not dont worry about it. Its really the baby who decides when they are hungary not the dr or you. If at 3 1/2 months the baby is sleeping thru the night he or she doesnt want fed. You cant force a baby to eat at any age. Its part of growing up and getting older for the baby.
Enough a good nights sleep with out a feeding. THe baby mat decide in acouple of day she doesnt want you to sleep and wake up ready to eat.

Yes as long as your baby is getting enough to eat during the day. My baby is 5 months old and started sleeping through the night when she was about 3 1/2 months old. Your baby will let you know when he is hungry.

Yes, Yes, Yes!!!! Everyone told me I was crazy and that it was impossible but truly my son is now 4 months old today and he has been going without a feeding since he was 3 months old. I give him a fat *** bottle at night, 8 ounces with cereal at 9:30pm, a clean diaper and he's off to bed. (He does get cereal in his bottles at all feedings. He has acid reflux). He has never cried for hunger in the middle of the night, in fact he sleeps through the night until 8:30am. But that's just my son, every child is different.

YES! Your baby will let you know when he/she is hungry. Both my children slept through the night way earlier than 3.5 months and they are growing fine. I never understood why people wake babies to feed them, they will let you know when they want something.
Count yourself lucky that you get a full nights sleep by this age--most little ones are still waking! Good luck mommy!

If they are hungry they will wake up. YOU shouldn't cut out a feeding, leave it to the baby to decide when they are hungry. If the baby wants to eat you need to feed it. When in doubt, ask a doctor.

my son slept through the night without feedings from about 1-2 months. Honestly I don't really reember, my husnabd was getting up with our son when he got up at night, so that I could get sleep at night. I do remember though that he started sleeping through fairly early. If you are concerned talk to your ped or fam phys about it and see what they have to say. I don't see any problem with it though. You will probably be up an hour or two earlier in the morning though.

If it is initiated by them, yes. If they are crying for food and you are not feeding them, no...a baby will let you know when it is hungry. At that age, you shouldnt refuse to feed at night. However, if your baby is sleeping through the night, without complaint, there is no good reason to wake him/her up to feed. She/He will eat when hungry.

Of course it is! Most babies will wake up if they are hungry. However, if your baby is not eating well during the day, you may need to wake him up for a feeding
