transfer already grown plants. The first year they are up they will not produce fruit. Rasberrya nd strawberry plants do multiply and will produce alot of seedling plants. My biggest dissapointment was fruitless plants the first year.

It's normally best to plant during the spring or fall, same as for trees. Don't plant black raspberry bushes and red raspberry bushes together. From what I recall my neighbor saying when I was growing up, one of them gives off something in the ground and it is poisonous to the other type.

Way too late now! Must be planted before Spring/ Summer day-time temps start reaching 80f . Any nursery will gladly give you planting info. regarding distances between plants, etc. By the way, They like lots of sun!!

Plant them in direct sunlight. After they produce fruit, cut them down to the ground and they will regenerate and produce better fruit the next season.
