While it is unlikely that the beetle laid eggs inside of you, you should go see a doctor and learn how to take care of yourself. It sounds like you need to learn to be more hygienic. Also, look at your surroundings - you may need to clean up your room / house more. Or have you been camping recently? Have your clothes been stored in a closet and only recently taken out? But check with an OB/GYN - at the very least, you will have peace of mind. While the bug has nothing to do with STDs, you can get other types of infections / diseases. If you haven't actually gotten rid of the bug, take it in a plastic bag to show the doctor. If you have, find a picture of it on the computer and take that. It you don't see it under beetle, try also looking under ticks. They can look similar. This can make a difference in what the doctor tells you.

I've heard them called June Beetles. They are actually a water beetle that lives in ponds, lakes, creeks and slews. They take off in June looking for a different place to live. Watch out for the hooks, I recall that they really hurt especially inder the finger nail.
