Check state/local laws, but most states only require 30-90 days.

If you really want to get them to move try offering them a small amount of money as and incentive if they will move out right away say, 24 hours. or give a notice telling them when they much move, if they don't move by that time, file a complaint or legal document with the court house after the time prescribes by law has elapsed, go to the court house and get a writ of possession if they don't move then the sheriff 's deputy will come to the property and physically remove them and their prosessions. This could take from two weeks or three month depending on the state-which makes it a costly and time consuming process. You could save time and money by paying them to move.

Wow you are generous. Most people ask renters to move in 30 days. How many more months do they have left? If you are tired of having them move little by little, you can box up their stuff and sit it at the road side with their name on it. Lock the fence if you have one and post a no-trespassing sign. Good Luck!

It may depend on what state you live in. But I believe you have to give them at least a month. At least that's the law where I live. Tell them they have a couple more days to get their stuff, or your going to throw it away. 3 months is pretty ridiculous.

As far as I know, if you gave them a date to be off your property, as of that date, they no longer have the right to step foot on your property and it would be tresspassing.

I'd check with a lawyer to be sure though. I'd also block off the driveway so they couldn't get in any more.
