My great-grandmother died from Alzheimer's and its effects on her.... so I won't say that its a completely funny subject.
The silliest place she ever put anything was her glasses in the freezer.

There's nothing funny about Alzheimer's. It robs people of their identity and their dignity. If you think it's so funny, keep in mind that there is some evidence that it's hereditary. Someday they will be laughing at you.

My grandmother used to put her purse in plastic bags under her kitchen sink. It was kinda comical, but at the same time it was sad.

My dad keeps all his "precious" papers (most of which are actually junk) inside his shirt which he tucks into his pants. He does this because he used to keep them in his pocket but he'd forget they were there.
I can laugh because it's funny but in reality it's very very sad.

I worked with these sweet old people. This one woman used to hide her plastic silverware up her sleeves and always ask where's my goddam spoon?

I worked at an assisted living and sometimes they just get sick of carrying stuff and shove it wherever. I have found dentures in shoes.... I have found shoes in plants... I have found wedding rings in the dishwasher....dentures in the microwave....you name it ive seen it lol

One guy at the nursing home I worked at used to carry his pillow around...holding it on his butt. ALL the time!
