I am thinking of starting an online friendship finder, similar to that of the romance finders, but this would be for friends...mainly for women to find women friends or men to find other men to hang out with. How likely would you be to join such a site? How much do you think is a good price to find a good friend compatible with your personality?

Have you thought about making the money from advertisers and donations instead? Free services is what most people look for.

there are some free sites on internet also sites for people of the same gender. you may also sign up for yahoo messenger and talk live . many rooms you can choose from and can have very personal conversations. this does require a nice inexpensive microphone. good luck. you can also type in free dating sites and you can than select

I like finding my own friends. I would never pay for any kind of match up service online. Sorry just being honest.

i dont think i could ever pay for anything like that. just be more out going. go to a new church or something and people will start to ask who you are and meet friends that way. you dont even have to beleive anything you hear but you might meet new people that way. go to a new bar and just talk to people. lots of FREE ways to meet people.

You don't pay for it you go out and find your own mate this way you can investigate him /her and handle your business your self for free!
