Keep the pump running!

Seriously, I'm a geologist. You should see a lawyer about taking legal action against the person responsible for locating the house, or the person who sold it to you, if the problem was not disclosed.

So far as fixes, the two things I can think of are to grout with cement or mud. This involves pumping this material into the aquifer to clog it so water won't flow in. This process could be more expensive than your house.

If there is not much water flow, you might be able to take care of it with french drains.

If you want to try to fix the problem, hire a geological engineer or a geotechnical engineer.

install french drains around the exterior perimeter at footer level. Seal the interior and exterior of the foundation. Double your sump pumps. install an alarm.

I second stratman's answer. I work and teach contruction on a college level. Thats about all you can do other than take the other answers you got.
