Iknow the obvious reasons-guitars have a volume control;all guitars look good with a g-string;the more they are picked on the better;they maintain their shape for life;they always respond to your touch;you pay once, you own them;you can trade up to a newer model;you can change their tone;they will wait at home for you and if you bring another one with you, that's ok.

well, as a chick who hates other chicks bullshit currently, i think that a guitar is always pretty, and is good because it cant complain about everything you do
