some cultures are not as sociable as others for unknown reasons.
it is believed that we human beings are social animals and need other people to feel okay.a sociable type makes friends with anybody without considering their history or reputation.an unsociable one do actually makes friends with others but carefully.
they usually keep a very small group of friends rather than a large
group.whatever type of personality we may be,that is just how we are and cannot be changed.
