I don't go often enough, but I do take mine off and that kind of ruins some of the fun when I can't really see anything. I figure it might fly off with the wind and going upside down, but now I'm not so sure.

While I'm at it, do you guys take off your glasses while swimming? (I can't swim either)

I'm practically blind without my glasses so I either wear contacts or on the roller coaster I just keep a hand on them. And swimming in them is fine also.

I leave my glasses on when I'm on the roller coaster. They haven't fallen off yet. If you're worried you could try those bands that fit on the eartips and go across the back of your head. Be careful though--I broke a pair of glasses riding the Zipper when I was 14.

I have swum with and without glasses. I guess it depends on how bad your eyesight is.

What works for me and my glasses-wearing friends is to put fashionable goggles that fit nicely over our regular glasses. We see everything perfect and our glasses continue to hold in position even on the scariest roller coasters....there are also swimming goggles that fit over your glasses while you're in the water.

Hi. I know exactly how you feel. For roller coasters, I wear contacts. I don't suggest swimming in glasses, cause I did that once and they rusted. I have seen goggles that are made for people that wear glasses. Maybe you should try them.

Nope--I just tighten up the earpieces, and have never had a problem. As for swimming, after losing a $200 pair in a river, I DEFINITELY take them off when I go in the water.

Never needed to. Most amusement parks will sell "Croakies" which slip over the earpieces of most Glasses. These are straps which go behind your head and tighten up.
