Go to the motorola store and they will updated for you, changing your old phone for the newest one.

depending on your phone contract. if the contract is going to expire soon you can update it to a new one. and depending on companies the phone has some type of credit towards a new phone. and don't forget to erase everything from it after you put everyone's number on your new phone and donate it.
