I did not do the 10, but a 20, most were nothing like they used to be, the "high school jock" was pumping gas at a gas station.
The high school trouble maker was now a carrer military man
A high school nerd was now a police officer
Of course a couple of your fanticy high school cheer leaders are plump and round.
and of course some are who they were, the brain is a NASA scientiest or working as an enginer for IBM and so on.
Everyone acts like how they loved each other back then, and of course they did not.
Lots of people trying to act more important than they really are, and others talking about that great event in high school which appears to be the highlight of thier live ( that is really sad)

My 10 year reunion is this year, and it has been a disaster so far. We haven't gotten to go yet. I ran into a classmate and she told me that 2 people have a key pertaining to the reunion, and nobody can find them. The thing I don't understand is why they havent just called a locksmith to open whatever it is that the key locked up. Anyways, I guess we will have one in this decade lol

I found that is hasn't changed much at all. All the cliques were still together at my 10 year. My friends all sat together and no one really came up to us. We went up to some people and most didn't even remember us. Me and my friends were a little disappointed at that and thought we should have just gotten together and did our own thing. It was fun though to see who had gotten fat or if the rich people still thought they were all that. And to see if the hot guys in high school had lost their hair or gotten a pot belly or if they were still hot

My mother recently went to here 30th school reunion...she says it was great, she says she felt really good about herself when she got back. She thinks she has done pretty dang good for herself over the past few years, I mean, one of her old friends was really insane....weird.

I don't know, but from what I heard most of them hadn't changed from high school.. I mean the ones that stayed around the area that is.. the other ones grew up and seem to be better people.

My 20th is in 2 yrs. After 20 years, four corrective surgeries, bum roommates, an apartment building fire where I lost everything when I lived in the Sierra Foothills and being flat broke I moved to SD and made a new life. Setbacks, I've had a few. I now workout 5x a wk, work two jobs and write music in my spare time. I'm happy, but still feel that I have fallen short of my fellow classmates. They're married, or have their own business. One even became a model from the class above mine. I did self publish a novel and some poems but that hasn't moved. I do have a play in the Lib. Of Congress. If I go back will people respect me. I wasn't popular but I got along w/ everybody. I did get four really cool tattoos and shaved my head. A shaved head and goatee are better than thinning hair. My tattoos are original designs (I'm a train, classical music and radio sort of guy). And I'm gay. So figure it all out, how would they perceive me now if I did go.

didn't bother going since I wasn't invited because I didn't belong to one of the cliques.
