YES!!!It's called rape.Regardless of whether your married or not, when you are forced to have sex...it's rape. You need to call the police and make a report.Just because he's your husband(whether or not your planning to divorce), dosen't give him the right to force you to have sex. There is only ONE person in control of your body and giving consent, and that is YOU!!!Call the police and file charges against him.IF you are in fear of your life, or in fear that he will rape you again, check into taking out a protective order so that he cannot come near you and you will be allowed to stay at the house.IF you can afford a lawyer, get one.If you can't, check into getting legal aid.I am not sure if they can help you in this area, but they may. Also, contact a rape counselor. Please take care of yourself!!

Even if you were married, and NOT getting a divorce, forced, abusive sex is rape, and it can be prosecuted. If I were you, I would contact the police, get a restraining order against him, and file a divorce tomorrow! I hope this is simply a hypothetical question. Good luck!

Whether you are getting divorced or not does not matter. You need to call the police and report it. NO ONE has the right to force you into anything whether you are married or not. That is your body and only you give rights to it not him. People do this to show power do not give him the ultimate power by sweeping it under the rug and allowing him to get away with it. Make him face up to it even if it never goes to trial (which I doubt) by reporting it and telling people will make it be in his face all the time. Everytime someone looks at him they will always think of that. Go and report it. DO NOT GIVE HIM THE POWER TO CONTROL YOU!!!! I am so sorry that this happened to you I 100% know how you feel and believe me sweetheart you will never regret speking up. Tell the cops, tell your friends, tell his friends, tell his family, tell strangers, tell everyone. Good luck sweetie. You are in my prayers.

File rape charges. There is no excuse for rape. Not even being married. The bible may say not to get divorced but rape is against the law. Don't let anyone guilt you into backing down by citing the bible. The bible also says to obey the law. Rape is unlawful.

Yes there are laws against this. You should go to that police and report him. That is jail time, even if you are still married. This is considered rape and rape is forceful sex with anyone that you are not willing to give it up too, this includes your husband.

Unfortunately too many women believe that if they are married they are obligated to have sex. This is so incorrect. Marital rape is on the rise and thankfully it is being reported more often as society begins to understand it. IT IS RAPE. Fill out a police report, PLEASE! Do not let him get away with it, help others to understand that this is not OK.

well firstly, i would try to make things work. a marriage isn't a marriage without getting raped from hubby and stuff. you should stick together and try to figure out why the two of you have fallen out of love. maybe u need to seperate for a while and miss him. when u start to miss him, you'll see how much u love and need him. and maybe he'll see the same wit u so give it some time and pray on it. with god all things are possible

Forcing sex on you is rape whether you are married or not. You have the right to say no and he has no right to force you into it. You can have him arrested and get himn loads of time in jail.
