Increase in drug abuse.
Decrease in skilled labor jobs, making unskilled labor jobs available less.
Early prison release programs.

I believe the increase in crime is due to more people without money or jobs in this country. And when they took God and prayer out of the schools, we have a bunch of atheist Satan worshipers running around without morals, who will kill you for a dollar. It doesn't help to have 20 million Mexican illegal immigrants running around on welfare, committing rapes and murders. We are getting the worst of the worst poor folks.....)(
