ok my ex just stared to e-mail me and my boyfriend doesn't like it but my boyfriend would talk to his ex and even take her food to work and pick her up i told him i didn't like it but he still did it so should i stop talking to my ex cause my boyfriend doesn't like it or not

It looks like you and your boyfriend both have trust issues and it doesn't sound like a relationship to me. If you don't want to sound like a hypocrite, stop talking to your ex and then request that your boyfriend stop communicating with his ex. If he doesn't want to do that, then end the relationship. It's not worth it. He obviously still has feelings for her. And love triangles NEVER work because most of them end in disaster anyway. So if you want to get back together with your ex, end your relationship with your boyfriend first but you can't have them both. Otherwise, you will lose both of them. Or better yet, it's better to be single and enjoy your freedom. It's better to be "alone" and "healthy" than to be "sick" in a "relationship"

Turn-about is fair play, but he may use this as an excuse for other bad behavior. Your relationship with your boyfriend sounds unstable. If he doesn't take your feelings into consideration and put you first now, he's not likely to start later. Think about that.

I'd say lose the current boyfriend....because of his behavior with his ex...I think his behavior is suspicious.....way more serious than exchanging emails. as to whether you should email your ex...well that depends how he treated you and why you broke up.

Remind your ex- that he is your EX, and ask him to PLEASE respect your wishes to stop emailing you.
