don't go. you will get caught, and then - BUSTED!! yeah, i can't lie to my mom either, so she would find out and then i'd get in big trouble. the party might be fun, but your mom is just protecting you from the bad stuff there. have your own party instead. ROCK summer. invite your friends. have fun. live it up.

There's not much you can do other than try to reason with your mom. However, if she says no and you can't lie to her then I guess you won't be going to the party. I'm sure she has her reasons for saying no and you just have to trust in her decision.

Why don't your parents want you to go? Will the party be supervised by other parents? If so talk to your parents again and ask them their reasons for not wanting you to go. If you talk to them about their fears and reassure them that you are not going to do anything like drink or smoke or do drugs, have sex, etc. By talking to them like an adult they are more apt to treat you like one. Sneaking out is never a good way to go. By lying to your parents you will probably get caught and then they won't trust you in the future. Hang in there.

There will be other parties, your Mother must have a reason she does not want you to go. If you go & get caught, your Mother's trust will be hard to earn back. Is it worth it?

Will there be chaperones/parents there? If so, let her know that.

Im proud of you for not wanting to lie to your mom, she loves you and wants to protect you, nothing wrong with that....

I would try try talking to her and reassure that everything will be OK and there is nothing to worry about.
you should try plea bargaining with her tell her that she can set a time for you to be home by and you will be.
by doing this you can increase her trust in you as a responsible person

try giving her all the details of where, when, who , why it is important to you... no lies... if there will be parents or supervision etc... important thing is to not lie .. you must build trust once she knows you are responsible and trustworthy.. she will let on the strings...

It's obvious.

If your mom won't let you.. you don't get to go.

Who cares if you want to go or not?

There is a good reason that she won't let you.

Work on fixing that, so you can go next time.
