Ever since I was 5 yrs old, I have cleaned, and organized my room or whatever and always been eager to help my family and friends with cleaning projects. I think I have an Obsession with cleaning, and the smell of laundry......I could lay in clean laundry all day. Is this a bad thing? I buy large amounts of fabric softner sheets and liquid and soap, so I can have a variety of smells....lol I'm such a freak! lol. I even have the yankee candle clean cotton air freshner tree for my car?? I need to feel the love, theres gotta be someone else out there.....lol anyone?? anyone?? hehehe

You sound like me. I hate dirt or any type of mess I never stop just can't help it. Every room in the house is neat and organized

Yes! I too love to clean! I am a student but work part time in a hotel in housekeeping and they encourage me to clean and clean and be really anal about my cleaning! Everything has to be spotless and shiny and I love it. The laundry has to be folded perfectly and the toilet paper has to be folded into a point! Sometimes after I clean the bathroom I stand in the doorway and admire how the tub shines and the little shampoos are at right angles to the soaps! I then go on to clean my house as if it were a hotel! Once at a job interview for Starbucks they asked me what I like about my current job at the hotel, and with a total straight face I told them that I love to scrub the tub and make it shiny. Needless to say I didn't get the job.

Yes I do I can not stand a mess I'm not saying I'm a neat freak I just can not stand a mess I like to make sure everyday my house and bedroom is clean and tidy. I can not stand a slob it pisses me off when someone else leaves there mess around for you to clean it up it's b.s. It's there mess they should clean it up it's there responsibility not mine or someone else. No it's not bad too be too clean to me it's a little rediculous when people see a tiny crumb and have to clean it up besides that it's all good. You are not a freak.

LOVE IT! To me there is hardly anything much better then the smell of a home after it's been thoroughly cleaned. Good for you...nice to know there are others who think the same way.....LOL!
P.S.
My moggies love the smell of clean too, so I've just collected all their furniture coverings and moggie beds and threw everything into the washer - they're going to sleep good tonight! LOL...

I do. When I was a little girl and had friends spending the night with me, I would make them help me clean the apartment hallways. They didn't seem to think it was fun sweeping all the stairs and stuff.

You are by no means a freak.Cleanliness is next to godliness.I clean and paint for a living.Although it is a routine and tiring job,I love what i do.

I'm a neat freak myself. I think it relieves stress. I really start cleaning like a crazy man when I'm upset........LOL I hope this makes you feel better.
