Think about the three main things you wish to accomplish at your school, then reword it in the most upliftingly bombastic way possible. Essentially, it'll sound like bullsh**, because it is.
No school should have a mission statement. That's another one of those new waves of educational reform that continues to slide our schools down the toilet drain of society. The mission of any school should be pretty obvious. Duh. To acheive an education and to mature. You never had to spell it out like that in the old days, but I guess you have to clarify it now.
Wouldn't it be better if you just established a "what-we're not here for" statement? We're not here to babysit, feed, and raise your children. Again, duh, to any biped with 1/10th of a brain.

You are the only one who can properly write your own mission statement: if you do not even know what your mission IS... how can you expect us to?
