i wanted to know if a man had a sex change and made hisself a woman if he could have the right to change his birth certificate to female and his id and how could they do that wouldnt that be like false advertisement?

no im nhot a male i was born a real woman i was just wathing this movie and was a little disturbed by the fact ppl could chage there sex on there drivers license and if they could do that howcome they cant get married?

and i do believe its false advertisment cause im sure a man wouldnt want to have sex with a woman that was once a man im not against gay ppl i just theres a limit to things

yes you CAN change your birth certificate and drivers liscence and every other documentation of your sex after having gender reassignment surgery (GRS). you have to do a lot of petitioning to the court and proving that you have had the complete sex change but it can be done. also transgendered people can get married but only to the opposit sex of their legal sex. (if they were born male and not had GRS then they can only legally marry women, if they were born male and have had GRS then they can legally marry only men as they would be lagally female.) this does not apply for the few states that actually do accept gay marriage.

She could in the States but could only have it amended in the UK.
She was born a woman into a male body so it is not a lie. It is proven that people of trangender are born the way they are and they have a hard time only because other people hate what they don't understand.

The Answer is yes they can but would cost a lot of money and take sometime first of all you would have to get an attorney to fill out all of the legal paper work.
If you have a criminal record and you had tried to do this you may have to go in front of a judge to get the legal documents changed

you can't change your birth certificate because birth certificate goes by your sex at birth. but if you get a new drivers license you can have the sex changed if your sex did in fact change. and it's not false advertisement if the person is in fact changed to the opposite sex
