I know it is a cell phone number that keeps calling me, but how do i know who it is that is calling me.

you cant, unless the caller is in your contact list. also, it will give a name if the cacllers cell phone is set up to give a caller id when calling some one. mine is, they can do that in the phones options. hope it helps.

answer it or call them back. Unless they are in your contact list it will not show up their name on the caller ID
