Homosexuals deserve the protection that they need to get and the rights they deserve. I respect every man's right no matter what preference, color, race, belief and ethnicity they may be. And every else too. Discriminating is a broad issue and nobody wants to step on it because it is a Zero Tolerance offense. And on your comment about the Christian Incident, No Connection man, there are a lot to consider in regards to the ban of praying in the public school system. To site a few would be, the fact that we have a broad cultural diversity and same with a broad of religious preference. We cannot tell a muslim to Worship Jesus. Or maybe just the time spent on praying vs. Studying. I'm not saying that its wrong, im saying that in the Bible... It says that "there is a time for everything.." and my opinion , and i bet a lot of people also, prayer can be done in your own private time and would be best if encourage and practice at home.

You can pray at school as long as you don't force it, teach it in a way other than "this is what this religion thinks", or have it part of a class. People are over sensitive when it comes to their religion and what they feel is right or wrong. Some people are very narrow-minded on that subject. That is why expressing religion isn't very openly done in public. But as far as homosexuality goes..... homosexuality is a classification of person. I'm gonna put this bluntly, I mean no offense to any one. It’s a classification, same a race, gender, economic status, religion (yes, that as well) ECT. If you make a remark regarding homosexuals, you are discriminating. If you ban teachers from making a class pray, then it's protecting everyone’s right to their own beliefs. You are allowed to pray on your own in a way that doesn't infringe upon the rights of others.
The summary: narrow minded people hurt everyone in every way possible. Yet we are all free to sexual orientation and religion. We are legally allowed to express that. Anywhere. We are not allowed to press it upon others. Don’t think down on other's way of life or their beliefs, and never feel afraid of expression.

Your very confused and very mixed up and if your a christian I would think you should know better than judging others. You cant compare one law with the other and gain any good response from anyone. except for others who think just like you do. If you want to compare then use the same laws and rights. gays cant pray in schools either so you both have the same rights. just like you both have the same rights concerning religion. I do not know where you got this expressing yourself because both of you have the right to do that.
I much rather live in a world of gay loving then hate bashing Christians.
You should ask God for forgiveness and stop posting stupid judgments and bashing questions.

No, I don't think prayer should be at public schools. Because not all people are Christian. If you want to form a Christian group by all means do it but to force everyone to pray for a religion that is not there's is wrong. My high school had a Christian group that met in the morning and they prayed, which I think is cool because the people that wanted to pray can join but it didn't force other people to participate in a religion they didn't believe in.
As someone said you are comparing apples to oranges. Putting someone down and making judgement on someone is different than not forcing everyone to participate in your religion.

Well they can't exactly forbid homosexuals from being gay at school. I think you're comparing apples to oranges.

I think it's perfectly fair for so called christians like yourself to have their rights taken away when you're responsible for gays not having any rights at all. Yep! Perfectly fair! Maybe when you stop judging people they will respect your rights as well!
