my contractor put color on my new concrete sidewalk with sealer and it is the wrong color. We need to have the contractor remove the sealed color. This is also stamped concrete. The contractor screwed up.

Tear it out and start all over. Sandblasting will take the finish off.

If you don't want to sand blast the sealed color off, Muriatic Acid should remove the sealed color. Be very careful however, Muriatic Acid is caustic, and must be handled carefully. Wear eye protection, and don't breath in the fumes. Don't get it on your skin, either.

If you have true colored concrete the only way to remove the color is to replace the concrete. True colored concrete is a dye injected at the concrete plant.
